Micro-brewery

You can drink at the Institute! That is the good news. However you will also have to brew your own beer or wine. A small micro-brewery will be operated by students for (modest) internal requirements. As ever this will be viewed as a learning opportunity and students will be encouraged to explore ancient brewing techniques and the possible role of Neolithic beer as an incentive for agrarianisation.
